These keto butter cookies are easy to make. They melt in your mouth, so delicious!
6 tablespoons of softened butter
1/4 cup of healthy sweetener ( stevia or erythritol)
yolk of one large egg
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 and 1/2 cup of almond flour
Preheat the oven to 340 degrees. Prepare a cookie sheet to bake the cookies.
In a large bowl mix the softened butter and sweetener till well creamed,
Add the yolk and vanilla to this mixture and mix them well.
Now add the almond flour and salt to the mixture and mix well till a cookie dough is formed.
Now make small balls and flatten the cookies gently and make any impression on them with a fork if you prefer. Or just keep them plain on the sheet.
If you prefer soft cookies bake them for 12 minutes in the preheated oven.
If you prefer more crispy cookies make the cookie balls more flatter and then bake them for 15 – 17 minutes.
After they are baked remove from oven, allow them to cool completely and enjoy!
