In a large bowl mix almond flour, flax seed meal, and parmesan cheese. To this add the salt, pepper, garlic, onion, and chili flakes and mix them well to make a breading for the fish.

Now in another small bowl beat 2 large eggs and keep them separate.

Now take each fish piece dip into the egg mixture till well coated, now take it out and place it on the dry breading powder in the other bowl, coat the fish evenly and place the coated fish on a plate. Do this with all the fish pieces.

In a large bottom pan add the oil or butter and allow to heat up. Place the fish pieces in the hot oil a few at a time so that it will be easy to turn them.

Now get a baking sheet ready with parchment paper. If you have toaster oven it is good. If you have the conventional oven, then preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

Cook the fish pieces for just one minute on each side, take them out and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Do this with all the fish pieces. Place them on the baking sheet.

Now place them in the oven for 5-7 minutes. In the toaster oven set the temperature to 400 degrees and place the fish for 5 minutes.
