
This is a simple recipe that is easy to make and can be used as a dip for your vegies, on top of salads, keto tortillas, spread on your keto bread or can be also used as a dip for fries.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup dry roasted peanuts
3 tablespoons of dry roasted white sesame seeds
4 cloves of garlic sautéed
1 small onion sautéed
1 tablespoon of grated fresh coconut
2 tablespoons of chopped green cilantro
juice of 1 lemon
2-3 dry red chili peppers
1/2 cup of olive oil
1/4 cup of water
salt to taste
PREPARATION
In a large mixer jar add the salt, dried red chili peppers, dry roasted peanuts, dry roasted sesame seeds and grind them till they are powdered.
Now add the sautéed garlic, onion, grated coconut, chopped cilantro along with lemon juice and grind them, add the oil and the water to grind everything well into a smooth paste.
Enjoy the dip with your meal.
Store in an airtight jar in the fridge.
