This is an easy mousse with just four ingredients
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup zero calorie sweetener ( erythrytol , xylitol, stevia)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 
1. Add all the ingredients into a blender till you get a nice thick creamy mousse. 
2. Transfer the mousse into a pretty glass container and allow it to chill in the refrigerator before serving. Or you can serve immediately. 
3. You can garnish with chopped nuts before serving ( this is optional)
