This cheese bread is easy to make. It can be made with just 3 ingredients, eggs, mozzarella cheese and greek yogurt .

It serves people practicing keto and paleo diet. You can flavor the bread with any seasoning you like. I added garlic, pepper and paprika to the mixture.

It is nut free, gluten free and sugar free and absolutely zero carb bread.

It is delicious to eat just like a snack or you can use it to make your favorite sandwiches or wraps for your meal.


3 large eggs

3/4 cup Greek yogurt (regular yogurt is watery and the recipe will not work)

1 and 1/2 cup of grated mozzarella cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika powder


Preheat oven to 415 degrees.

Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper for baking the bread.

In a mixing bowl add the eggs and the spices and salt and beat with a electric whisk till well blended. Now add the yogurt and blend till you get a creamy mixture.

Now add the grated cheese and mix all ingredients with a spatula.

Now pour the batter on to the lined baking sheet and spread it to a thin oval or rectangle shape and place it in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Now remove from the oven and allow the bread to cool completely.

After cooled cut it into squares to serve. Enjoy as a sandwich, wrap or use the bread to make your pizza.
