
Keto baked chicken meat balls are super easy to make.
They make a great meal anytime. You can serve them as an appetizer with a sauce or chutney on the side or as a main course in your pasta sauce with your favorite keto pasta.
INGREDIENTS
1 pound of ground chicken
1 tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon of garlic powder (optional)
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of black pepper powder
1/4 teaspoon of cayenne powder or red chili powder (optional)
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 teaspoon of Indian garam masala (or you can add any spice mix of your choice)
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 green serrano chopped finely (optional)
1 small bunch of cilantro or coriander leaves chopped finely
1 egg
2 tablespoons of olive oil or any other cooking oil
1 tablespoon of coconut flour
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper to place the chicken meat balls.
In a large mixing bowl add all the ingredients mix them well with a spatula or you can also mix with your clean hands gently till all the ingredients are well mixed
Then portion out the meat balls with a tablespoon or with your hands and roll them into balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet. You can also spray oil on top of the meat balls if you want to.
Now place them in the preheated oven to bake for 20 -22 minutes.
Remove and enjoy as a snack or drop them in your sauce to have them with your favorite keto pasta.
