This keto bread is so easy to make, it is delicious, spongy and needs only 2 ingredients which are peanut butter and eggs.
1 cup unsweetened peanut butter
6 large eggs
1/2 tablespoon of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of healthy sweetener, if you like it sweet you can add 2 tablespoons of sweetener
Preheat oven to 355 degrees.
Prepare an 8 inch loaf pan with parchment paper or healthy oil spray.
In a deep bowl add the 1 cup of peanut butter and the eggs and blend them well with and electric whisk.
Now add the baking powder, salt and sweetener and beat till everything is well blended.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake in the preheated oven for 30 -33 minutes.
Remove from oven, allow the bread to cool completely before removing from the pan.
Cut into slices when cool, enjoy!
