
This is a very easy to make delicious keto recipe.
You can use any kind of nuts you like. I used walnuts and hazel nuts for my chocolate fudge. This is a chocolate lovers favorite and a great dessert to make for the holidays.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup of 1 stick of butter
1 and 1/4 cup of chocolate chips (with healthy sweetener, I used Lily’s chocolate chips made with erythritol sweetener)
4 tablespoons of powdered healthy sweetener ( erythritol)
1/4 cup of heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of chopped walnuts
A few whole hazelnuts to garnish on the top
PREPARATION
Prepare a loaf pan with parchment paper, to pour the fudge mixture.
In a sauce pan heat the butter along with the chocolate chips on medium heat and continue to stir till they are completely melted and combined.
Now add the powdered sweetener, salt, and heavy cream and in a low heat continue to stir till well blended.
Remove from heat, add the chopped walnuts and mix well.
Now pour the fudge mixture into the prepared loaf pan and keep in the freezer for 1 hour.
Remove from freezer. Lift up the frozen fudge with the parchment paper. Place on a cutting board, and with a sharp knife cut into desired pieces and store in the refrigerator and enjoy a piece of chocolate everyday.
