This keto bread recipe is one of the simplest and easiest recipe.

You can make this bread in the microwave in just 2 minutes.


2 eggs

1/2 cup of flax seed powder

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon of sesame seeds


Prepare a 1 cup microwave safe bowl. Smear oil on all sides of the bowl spread some sesame seeds on the oil smeared surface.

Now in a bowl add the 2 eggs and beat them well. Now add the flax seed meal or powder, the baking soda, salt, garlic powder and mix them well with the beaten eggs till well combined.

Transfer the dough over to the prepared microwave safe bowl. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on the top.

Place the bowl in the microwave and microwave for 2 minutes.

Your bread is ready. Remove from the microwave and leave it for 5 minutes till it cools down.

The bread comes out easily from the bowl. Place it on a place and cut the bread to slices and spread your favorite cream cheese, butter or nut butter spreads and enjoy.

Notes: If you do not like the microwave baking, you can increase the amount of ingredients 4 times and add the mixture to a loaf pan and bake in a 350 degree oven for 25- 30 minutes.
