This keto recipe is specifically for chocolate lovers.

This delicious and soft chocolate fudge takes just 5 minutes to make. This is one of the easiest recipes.


1/2 cup or 8 tablespoons of butter

1 and 1/4 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips ( I use Lily’s brand of chocolate chips that does not have sugar but erythritol as sweetener )

1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

3 tablespoon of powdered healthy sweetener ( I had granulated erythritol with me so I powdered it in my coffee grinder)


In a microwave safe bowl add the 8 tablespoons of butter and chocolate chips and microwave for 30 seconds and stir with a spatula and microwave for another 30 seconds. If you do not like the microwave you can add the chocolate chips and butter in a deep sauce pan and heat them up in medium flame, constantly stirring so that the chocolate does not get burnt.

The butter and chocolate will be melted completely, stir them together and make them into a smooth mixture with your spatula.

Now add the powdered sweetener and the cocoa powder and mix them all together till they are well blended.

Now line a loaf pan with parchment paper and pour the mixture into the pan and refrigerate the mixture for 1 hour.

Remove the hardened mixture from the pan along with the parchment paper. Place on a cutting board and cut into squares. Enjoy!

Store them in refrigerator.
