
CHOCOLATE COOKIES FOR CHOCOLATE LOVERS – KETO
This is a simple delicious recipe, easy to make.
The ingredients are gluten free flour and zero calorie sweeteners.
It satisfies your chocolate craving.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup fine blanched almond flour and a tablespoon more
5 tablespoons of butter melted
3 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
4 tablespoons of zero calorie sweetener ( erythrytol, stevia or xylitol)
1 egg
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ cup unsweetened chocolate chips (optional)
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl combine 1 cup of almond flour, sweetener, baking powder, and cocoa powder.
Now add the melted butter and the egg and mix everything together till a smooth dough forms. If the dough is sticky add a tablespoon of almond flour.
Now add the chocolate chips and mix the dough.
Shape the dough into balls and flatten it gently and place on a prepared baking sheet about an inch apart, as they will spread a little while baking.
Bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool completely before removing from the tray.
