DELICIOUS DOUBLE CHOCOLATE BROWNIES – KETO

Keto desserts are a healthy way of enjoying sweet treats while on a ketogenic diet.

Keto desserts are made gluten free low carb and healthy sugar alternatives like erythritol, allulose or birch bark xylitol.

I trust that these delicious double chocolate brownies will definitely satisfy your sweet cravings.

I made these brownies in muffin tins, so you will need muffin tins for this recipe. The batter makes 12 muffins.

INGREDIENTS

3 large eggs

1/2 cup of butter melted

1/2 cup of sugar free chocolate chips (Lily’s brand) melted

2 tablespoons of heavy cream

1 cup of healthy sweetener

1 cup of blanched almond flour

1/3 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 teaspoon of salt

PREPARATION METHOD

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Prepare 12 muffin tins, I used silicone tins so that the brownies will come out easily without breaking.

In a deep bowl mix together, almond flour, sweetener, salt, baking powder and cocoa powder.

Melt the butter and allow it to cool, melt the chocolates with the heavy cream in the microwave for 15 – 25 minutes, check after 15 minutes and stir the melting chocolate so that they do not burn.

Now add the eggs, melted butter and melted chocolate to the flour mixture and mix them well with an electric whisk till a batter is formed.

Now equally divide the batter into the 12 muffin tins with a spoon.

Place in the preheated oven for 24 – 25 minutes.

Remove from the oven. Allow them to cool for 20 minutes.

Your delicious soft brownies are ready. Enjoy!
