FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE

This delicious , soft chocolate cake is keto friendly, gluten free and sugar free.

It is absolutely easy to make with just a few ingredients.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup unsweetened chocolate chips

4 large eggs

4 tablespoons of healthy sweetener

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons of heavy cream

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

a pinch of salt

PREPARATION

Preheat oven to 330 degrees. Prepare a square 8×8 baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.

Separate the white and the yolks of the eggs in 2 different bowls.

The the egg whites add the sweetener and salt and to the egg yolks add the vanilla extract.

Now beat the egg whites with a electric whisk till they are stiff and form peaks and keep it aside.

Now beat the egg yolks in the other bowl till well combined.

Now add a cup of chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and add butter and place in the microwave oven for 30 – 45 seconds till the chocolate is well melted. Remove every 15 seconds and mix the chocolates so that they do not get burnt.

Now remove the melted chocolate, add the heavy cream and mix well till well combined.

To this mixture add the beaten egg yolk mixture and beat with the electric whisk till well combined.

To this mixture add the egg whites and gently fold till everything is well combined.

Pour the chocolate batter into your prepared baking pan and place in the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes.

Remove and allow the cake to cool down for 15 minutes. The cake will reduce as it cools down.

Now cut into squares and enjoy your soft delicious cake.
