These keto chicken fritters are easy to make. They require cheese and any kind of keto friendly vegetable. I used spinach and parmesan cheese. You can use cheddar cheese also in this recipe.


2 lbs ground chicken

1 cup of shredded parmesan cheese

1 lb of spinach chopped

1 red onion chopped

1 tablespoon of garlic paste

2 teaspoons of garam masala ( you can use any flavorful spice of your choice or you need not use it , it is optional)

1 big serrano finely chopped ( optional)

1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper powder (optional)

juice of 1/2 lemon

2 eggs

2 tablespoons of almond flour

1 tablespoon of coconut flour

3 tablespoons of healthy cooking oil

salt to taste

oil for frying


In a large bowl add the chicken and cheese and mix them well together.

Now add the chopped spinach and chopped serrano, onions and the garlic paste to the mixture, mix them all together with the 3 tablespoons of oil and the 2 eggs.

Now add the spice powders, pepper powders, salt, lemon juice, almond and coconut flour to the mixture and mix them well. Leave the mixture to settle down for 10 minutes.

Heat a wide bottomed frying pan to medium high heat and add oil to fry the fritters.

When the oil has heated place a ball of the mixture in your hand flatten it gently making a fritter shape and place in the oil as shown in the picture.

Allow the fritters to fry for 2 minutes on each side. Remove and place on a plate and enjoy with your favorite dip or chutney.

You can store the fritters in air tight containers in the fridge for a week. To use it again heat them up for 4 minutes in a toaster oven at 400 degrees.
