AVOCADO BROWNIES – KETO

These avocado brownies are easy to make and they are soft and delicious.

INGREDIENTS

1 avocado

1/2 cup of sweetener (erythritol or stevia)

1/3 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

4 tablespoon melted unsalted butter

4 tablespoons of almond butter

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

PREPARATION

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a loaf pan with parchment paper.

In a blender jar add all the ingredients. Please see that the melted butter has cooled down before adding to the other ingredients. Blend everything together till a smooth mixture is formed.

Transfer the mixture from the blender on to the prepared loaf pan.

Place in the preheated oven for 30 minutes if you like to have a gooey brownie. For a cakey texture allow the brownie to bake for 40 minutes.

Remove from oven and cool completely. After cooled, lift the baked brownie loaf with the help of the parchment paper and cut into desired squares. Enjoy as a low carb snack anytime.
