Broccoli is an excellent keto-friendly vegetable. It is a good source of vitamin C & K.
It can be eaten raw or cooked. This recipe is simple, easy to make and makes the tastiest broccoli dish in minutes.
1 pound broccoli cut and washed
1/8th teaspoon black pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Heat a saute pan on medium high heat and add the oil.
After a few minutes when the oil is heated add the broccoli florets. Saute in medium high heat for 3 minutes.
Now add the salt and pepper and 2 tablespoons of water and stir and close the pan with a lid and lower the heat to medium.
After 2 minutes remove the pan, stir the vegetables again. Switch off the heat. Close the lid of the pan for one minute.
Now remove and enjoy tasty broccoli dish with your bread, Quinoa, or rice.
