EASY DELICIOUS BAKED CHICKEN MEAT BALLS
INGREDIENTS
1 pound ground chicken/turkey
1and 1/2 cup almond flour (substitute for bread crumbs)
1/2 cup grated cheese (parmesan cheese will be good)
2 table spoons of olive oil or any cooking oil to moisten palm and meat balls while making the balls
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 cup spring onions finely chopped ( optional)
1/2 serrano pepper or any green chilli pepper finely chopped (optional)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder (optional)
1/2 teaspoon garam masala (optional)
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking tray with foil and a little cooking spray or oil
2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl by hand
3. apply oil to your palm and roll the mixture into small balls and place on the baking sheet.
4.Bake for 30 minutes
5. Enjoy with garlic sauce or any sauce of your preference!
