CURRIED EGGS

This is a very simple recipe, it is delicious. You can make it for your guests or you can also have it as an easy keto snack for anytime. I have used peanuts for the curry on the eggs.

INGREDIENTS

12 large eggs, hard boiled

2 tablespoons of olive oil

3 tablespoons of dry roasted peanuts

1/2 teaspoon cumin powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper poweder

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper powder

1/2 teaspoon or more of salt to taste

PREPARATION

Heat your frying pan.

Add oil and allow the oil to warm up.

Now cut the boiled eggs into half, and transfer them into the warm oil.

In your mixer or dry blender add the peanuts, spices and salt and powder it.

Now add this powder on the eggs and with a spatula, gently move the eggs in the pan so that all the eggs get coated with the spices.

Remove from heat and serve. Enjoy.
